Guests have their own separate entrance so they can come and go as they please.
All accommodation is strictly "no smoking" (but guests are welcome to smoke outside). Pets are not allowed at the premises.
There is a comfortable lounge dining room for guests to use with colour television including access to Freeview channels.
There is ample off road parking with security lighting. Parking is large enough to take bikes and trailers.
