Tariffs
Our room rates vary depending on the time of the year, all rates include breakfast. Typically a double room will cost between £95 and £105 per couple.
The Twin room is at a rate of between £95 and £105. Single room(s) are charged between £55 and £60. The charge for single occupancy of the double and twin room is between £65 and £70 per person per night.
We love children but we do not have any family rooms. Therefore children over the age of 14 will be allocated their own room and will be priced as adults. We accept credit or debit cards or cash as payment.

The Elms can be booked on the booking.com website, however if you book with us directly, the room prices will be cheaper, to avoid us and you paying any additional booking fees.
