Tariffs
Our room rates vary depending on the time of the year, all rates include breakfast. Typically a double room will cost between £85 - 95 per couple.
The Twin room is at a rate of between £85 and £95. Single room(s) are charged between £50 and £55. The charge for single occupancy of the double and twin room is between £60 and £70 per person per night.
We welcome children over the age of 10. The charge per child is £25.00 (between 10 to 13 years) per night. Children over the age of 14 years will be priced as adults. We accept credit or debit cards or cash as payment.
The Elms can be booked on the booking.com website, however if you book with us directly, the room prices will be cheaper, to avoid us and you paying any additional booking fees.
